The latest additions from Mayer Brown are James Parkinson, who joins as a partner; Adam Miller, who joins as counsel, and Lauren Randell, who joins as an associate. Parkinson, Miller and Randell will work in BuckleySandler’s criminal and civil enforcement practice.

They join David Krakoff, who previously co-chaired Mayer Brown’s white collar litigation practice, and Christopher Regan, also a former Mayer Brown partner, at the financial services litigation boutique.

BuckleySandler's criminal and civil enforcement practice focuses on counseling financial services companies and their officers on cases involving civil enforcement of fair lending and unfair and deceptive trade practices, mortgage fraud, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, mail and wire fraud and environmental crimes.

The firm, which added 11 DC lawyers from Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom last spring, has also added former Washington-based Sullivan & Cromwell special counsel Joseph Reilly as counsel. Reilly advises financial services clients in regulatory and enforcement investigations.
